That is consistent with a session built on light pressure, and it means $189 covers the 90 minutes and nothing bolted onto them.

Less than the word drainage implies. A 2020 systematic review and meta-analysis in Medicine pooled 17 studies and 1,911 patients on manual lymphatic drainage after breast cancer surgery, and concluded that it cannot significantly reduce or prevent lymphedema.

That is a negative result on the condition the technique was built around, and it is the most credible number on this page. We publish it because a menu that quotes only the flattering studies is worth very little, and that standard applies to ours.

On the smaller thing the session is sold for, what an hour and a half of very light work moves is fluid. Some of it comes back. Expect the bathroom for the rest of the day, and treat any visible change as short-lived.
